​​​TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All fees and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Packages are only valid for the period stated, they cannot be extended unless otherwise stated (extension is allowed in case of injuries, hospitalisation & pregnancy with written notice & prescription)

 

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW

• There is a 4-hour cancellation policy for in-studio class bookings. Cancellation prior to 4 hours will give 1 class credit back. Less than 4 hours notice or not turning up for a booked class will result in full charge for the class. 

• Classes with fewer than 3 bookings may be cancelled with 4 hours’ notice. No class credit will be deducted. (We recommend switching on Oma Studio app notifications so you don’t miss an update from us!) 

• Latecomers will not be allowed entry 5 mins after the class begins.

WEEKLY MEMBERSHIP TERMS

• No minimum commitment. Your membership renews automatically every week.

• You may cancel anytime with 7 days’ written notice before your next billing date.

• Memberships can be suspended for a $15 one-time fee per request, for a minimum of 7 days and up to 2 months.

• Suspension requests require 7 days’ written notice before the intended start date.

• A $15 late fee applies to any failed credit card payment.

STUDIO LIABILITY

Oma Studio is not liable for any items of personal property that are damaged, lost or stolen at the studio, however we will endeavor to return items left behind to their rightful owners as soon as possible.
